$5.00 per pound Hanging Weight Wagyu/Angus Cross


Our all grass/hay raised and finished cows average between 650-800 pounds.

Here at Gilland's Green Valley Pastures we will continue to try and offer an exceptional product that is affordable.   Our price is for the cows hanging weight after slaughter.  There will be an additional butcher's fee from the locker plant for processing.  We would like to thank all of our new and existing customers for a wonderful 2024!

Information

​

Crossbred. Crossbred Wagyu is at a minimum F1.  F1 Wagyu are 50% Wagyu and 50% Black Angus. F2 Wagyu are F1 cattle crossbred with full-blood Wagyu, making the offspring 75% Wagyu and 25% Black Angus. If crossed again with another full-blood Wagyu, it will be considered F3, which is 87.5% Wagyu and 12.5% Black Angus. A fourth cross, or F4 Wagyu, would be considered purebred Wagyu.
